Return Policy and Damaged Items

                                             DAMAGED ITEMS 

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the outside of the box, exterior damage marks, all damaged areas on the inside, and photos of the damaged product itself. Please then send all photos to our email and a brief message explaining your damaged item. We will then send you a replacement at no cost to you. *All damage reports must be submitted 30 days after the package delivery date*   

                                               RETURN POLICY 

Due to the complex nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for all products we offer. We can only accept returns for standard 48"-60'-72" -84" long mantels, shelves, or any size cutting board. If you had us cut down your mantel or shelf, we cannot issue a return.  For return shipments, we pay 50% of the return label cost. We then issue you a refund of the remaining funds. To submit a return or if you believe there was an error with your order, please reach out to our support email so we can resolve your issue. Our customer satisfaction is our absolute top priority! *ALL RETURNS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE*
