Walnut and White Oak are not only beautiful but also are anti-bacterial, non-porous woods, tight grained, and also water and rot resistant! The hardness of both of these woods will ensure plenty of years of use with minimal knife marks and knife damage! Each cutting board is built with an edge grain glue up using food grade wood glue!
